At Mountain Movement Chiropractic, you’re in good hands with Dr. Zach Hansen—a Spearfish native with a deep-rooted passion for movement and wellness. His journey began on local sports fields, later taking him around the world as a Fleet Marine Force Corpsman in the U.S. Navy, where he gained invaluable experience in military medicine. After years as a surgical first assistant, he saw firsthand how untreated injuries can lead to long-term issues, inspiring his transition into chiropractic care.
Dr. Hansen holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland University-Kansas City and brings specialized expertise in acupuncture, dry needling, and movement-based therapies to help you move better and feel your best. When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find him enjoying the Black Hills—mountain biking, skiing, or bird hunting with his trusty upland dog.
